My friend Carrie found this great recipe for beer marshmallows and invited me over to help her make them yesterday. It was much easier than I expected and the results were very tasty.
Beer Marshmallows
Stirring the sugary syrup
Mixing the syrup, gelatin, and beer
Time to set
Cut and covered in powdered sugar
Dipped in chocolate and topped with crushed pretzels
